The star-studded cast of each season, coupled with amazing stories and characters, makes for a great watch indeed. Fans of suspenseful shows like Yellowjackets will definitely fall in love with the beautiful storytelling of Fargo.

5 Mindhunter

David Fincher has been at the helm of creating several amazing psychological dramas, with Mindhunter being another stellar chapter in his esteemed legacy. The show takes a look at the creation of the Behavioral Science Unit in the FBI and how they delve deeper into the twisted minds of psychopaths and murderers.

Unfortunately, it seems that Mindhunter won’t continue past its second season due to its high production costs. This is a shame, and one can only hope that Netflix reverses this decision sooner rather than later.

4 Snowpiercer

Watching a group of people survive by the skin of their teeth is a theme that’s common in both Snowpiercer in Yellowjackets. The former also happens to be a scathing look at classism and how it brings out the worst in humans as well.

Both the movie and show of Snowpiercer are pretty great in their own right. Of course, the TV series features more of an in-depth look into the world of Snowpiercer, which is also pretty engaging in its own right.

3 The Night Manager

Tom Hiddleston is a brilliant actor whose stock has blown up ever since his amazing role as Loki in the MCU. He’s been featured in several other shows and movies since then, including the massively underrated The Night Manager.

This miniseries features Hugh Laurie as a villain as well, and both lead actors are absolutely hypnotic to watch in this show. The Night Manager is a brief yet awe-inspiring watch that any fan of great spy thrillers should definitely check out.

2 Hannibal

Hannibal is one of the most popular fictional characters of all time. He’s been portrayed in several forms of media, with the eponymous TV series being one of his most memorable and enchanting appearances.

It helps that the series is pretty great in its own right, with the second season being considered by many to be one of the greatest series in television. Knowing this, it’s a shame that Hannibal was shelved with a third and final season where all plot points needed to be hastily wrapped up.

1 Narcos

A crime drama that was all the rage on Netflix, Narcos is a brilliant show that took a look at the drug empire of Pablo Escobar and the Cali Cartel. The show is full to the brim with intense and memorable moments, making for an addictive watch indeed.

It’s a shame that this great show only has three seasons. While Narcos: Mexico is also pretty engaging in its own right, it’s still nowhere near as exciting as the original series.
